The campground has four beach walkways where you can stroll along the water. Disney World and other Central Florida destinations are only about an hour and a half away. Augustine and Daytona Beach, there’s something to keep everyone busy here. The resort plans activities all summer long with various games, crafts, and contests. Their facilities include a whole water park, fully stocked camp store, mini golf, and kayak rentals. There’s lots to do around the campground, especially if you have kids. They’re located along paved roads and most have concrete pads. The sites are large, pull-through, and complete with full hookups. At the park, you can take a stab at surfcasting or enjoy a book while wiggling your toes in the soft sands. The campground offers easy access to nearby beaches and area attractions. This spacious Hatteras Island campground offers shady tree-covered sites as well as plenty of on-site amenities.
